Google Picasa the Best Image Viewer
Google Picasa is the best image viewer that I ever use, and best of all is free. It’s very easy to manage photos and images using Picasa. When you install Picasa, it will do searching on your computer for images and photos then list and categorize it based on the folder name where your photos or images are stored.
Using Picasa you can do organizing, editing (cropping, resizing, remove red eye, etc.), create slideshows and easily share photos using Picasa Web Albums. Below is the introduction video of the latest version Picasa 3.
